CyberPowerPC UK Desktop Warranty
Desktop systems provided by CyberPowerPC UK are warranted by our 5 years' limited warranty. This includes 12 months' collect and returns, 2 years' parts and 5 years' labour, in addition to lifetime technical support via our national rate phone line.

CyberPowerPC UK Laptop Warranty
Custom Laptop systems provided by CyberPowerPC UK are warranted by our 5 year limited warranty. This includes 5 Years' Labour, 1 Years' Parts, 6 month Collect and Return plus Life-Time Technical Support. Partner laptop systems (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte) provided by CyberPowerPC UK are warranted by their respective manufacturer's warranty.

CyberPowerPC UK Peripheral Warranty
Peripheral devices (such as (but not limited to) Keyboards, Mice, Speakers, Cables, Surge protectors, Webcams, Headsets/Headphones, Routers/Modems, 3d vision goggles and accessories, USB sticks, Bluetooth dongles and External hard drives) provided by CyberPowerPC UK are warranted by our 5 year limited warranty.
This includes 6 months' collect and returns, 1 years' parts and 5 years' labour, in addition to lifetime technical support via our national rate phone line.

CyberPowerPC UK Liquid Cooling Service Plan
Keeping on top of servicing your water-cooled system is essential to ensure it's performing as inspected, to avoid any potential leaks or blockages, and to make sure it's looking it's best.
If you own one of our Hyper Liquid or Hydro-X series systems, our dedicated liquid service team offer a full maintenance and cleaning service. Our aftercare service plan will ensure your custom-loop is clean and healthy and performing it's best. For £150 plus VAT we will inspect your system, clean your system (including the replacement of liquid and tubing), complete thorough stress testing, all before having it delivered back to you.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE:
- Full system inspection (and diagnostics if required)
- Full system cleaning
- Drain and clean of custom loop
- Replacement tubing if required
- Replacement liquid of your choice
- Leak and pressure testing
- Stress and performance testing

PLEASE NOTE:
- Our Liquid Cooling Service Plan usually takes 5-7 working days to complete upon arrival, but can vary during busy periods or should a specific component required not be in stock
- This service does not include any required collection charges or delivery fees (UK Mainland delivery is free)
- We may be able to offer a collection service for UK Mainland addresses, please request during your inquiry
- We may be able to offer a packaging solution should you no longer have the original packaging, please request during your inquiry
- This service does not include replacement hardware such as blocks or pump
Please note:
The warranty services we offer are as detailed above and we cannot give any exceptions.
1 Year is classed as 365 days (366 on a leap year) and no grace periods can be offered.
Example: If you received your goods on 01/01/21 and then claim for a free collection under a silver warranty on 14/01/22, it will not be available as an additional 13 days have passed.
Collect and return and premium warranty services only apply to UK mainland orders. If a warranty claim is requested outside of the UK mainland or the selected warranty service has expired, then the standard RTB warranty will apply.
RTB (Return to Base) warranty requires the consumer to return the goods to CyberPowerPC UK at their cost (once a valid return number has been issued by a CyberPowerPC UK representative).
If the goods are under 2-years-old and the consumer is based within the UK mainland, then CyberPowerPC UK may be able to offer a collection or returns label using a chosen courier service for a fee to be discussed at the time of the warranty claim.
Not Covered / Warranty Exclusions
- Accidental Damage
- General wear and tear, misuse, or neglect caused by the buyer
- Damage or issues caused by any 3rd party organisation or individual
- Damage caused due to insufficient packaging during warranty return
- Incorrectly installed goods
- Parts or components not purchased from CyberPowerPC UK
- Setting up, or installation of goods
- Overheating issues caused by excessive dirt or build-up of dust
- Loss of data (or backing up of data)
- Installation of 3rd party software or a software fault
