FORUM RULES

Here are the Cyberpower Forum rules and some other information.

This is a Cyberpower Website, do not discuss competitors on this site. This includes selling your own kit (we are not EBay)



You many not use a username beginning with "Cyber" as these are used by our staff, to avoid confusion.



Be courteous to each other, Posts or Threads containing flaming, abusive, offensive, confrontational or threatening language may be deleted, persistent offenders will be permanently banned.



Do not discuss recourse to legal action on the forum. This kind of activity is frowned upon by the courts and would most likely prejudice your case were you to pursue the matter that far.



Topics and posts in ALL CAPS will be deleted, moved or edited



Do not post personally identifiable information on the forum, included but not limited too, order numbers, addresses, email addresses (unless you're aware of the consequences or don't care)



Please keep discussions in English for moderators to understand.



Keep discussions on-topic, and don't create 3-4 topics about the same thing, keep them in one topic.



No thread crapping/Hi-Jacking, please make your own threads about your own issues unless it's a discussion topic.



Spamming and advertising is not permitted and will likely result in an immediate ban.



Posting of pornographic images, files, warez, illegal software and the like will result in an immediate IP ban



Please keep off-topic discussions in "The Pit"



Do not abuse the Private Messaging system by trying to get a faster answer from an Administrator or Moderator than you would by posting in the forums.



Custom Titles may be awarded at (seemingly) random times by our moderators. This is a meant as a bit of a laff really and you can PM us to change it if you've been awarded one.



Animated Avatars should only be the ones supplied by the forum unless cleared by a Moderator. Be aware anything that could be considered defamatory, sexist, or the like will be removed without warning



Signatures are fine as long as they do not break the forum size or other rules. Please keep sigs below 50K in size.



The forum is here for community support and should not be taken as Technical Support. We can help as much as possible but if you deem a problem to be of a serious technical fault you should contact Tech Support on 03333-237776. No one on the forum (except Chris!!!) is authorised to call customers for technical support or arrange RMA warranty claims."



Don't ask Cyber_Tech to call you about a technical issue: Tech Support are the only ones allowed to discuss serious technical problems by phone. You can call them on 03333-237776. Alternatively if you send your phone number (and order number) by Private Message then I will ask them to call you ASAP.
