We also have our website's security checked daily to ensure it meets the highest published government standards. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure, and your personal information is also stored securely in our server.

Once your system has been dispatched our chosen courier will reach out to advise further regarding your delivery, with an estimated delivery date and time. Special care deliveries are usually completed within 48 hours but may take longer during busy periods.
You have indicated you are a VAT-registered business. Please note, on the next screen, you will be asked for your company's VAT details. These are required for us to complete your order.
You have chosen a delivery location which is outside of the United Kingdom. Please note, we will be shipping using DAP terms. This means:
- We will not charge VAT on this order.
- The delivery charge is for shipping only and does not cover any customs or import charges required for your delivery.
- You will be expected to pay any and all import VAT and duty charges, and any other applicable charges, required by the country of delivery to facilitate your delivery.
- If you do not pay import duties or the VAT required to clear customs and the PC is returned to us there will be a charge of £175.00 deducted from your refund to cover the return costs.

This is a premium care service delivery option. After we build and ship your system our courier, DX, will contact you by SMS/email to advise the date of delivery and your two hour delivery slot. This delivery slot will be 1-2 working days from the date of your invoice. They will also contact you by telephone on the day of delivery to confirm when they are approximately one hour away from your address. Upon delivery, the driver(s) will place your system inside your home (inside the porch/hall/entrance). Please note:
- the driver(s) will require a signature, and photographs of the delivered system inside your hall/porch/entrance, as proof of delivery
- some areas of the UK, such as the highlands, may take longer than 48hrs and DX will confirm delivery details with you
- this delivery service is non-refundable; should delivery be attempted and fail due to nobody being available to take delivery there will be an additional charge to reattempt delivery
Please ensure personal details on your PayPal account are correct and up-to-date when placing an order. Once your order has been placed these details cannot be changed. If an order is placed with incorrect information the order will need to be cancelled and you will need to re-order once the information has been updated on your account.
For additional security, during delivery we use a PIN delivery service, please ensure the number provided on your account can receive SMS messages and the PIN can be provided to the driver upon arrival.
