When will I know my order has been shipped? When your order is shipped, we will call you/ leave a message or email you confirming that the order has shipped after which you can check our order tracking page to see the consignment number. You can use this to track your order online from roughly 18:30 that evening.
When shipped, how quickly will my order arrive?
Once your order is shipped, it is estimated that your computer will be with you the next working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Deliveries to Highlands, Channel Islands and ROI will take longer, depending on the accessibility of your delivery location.
Orders placed on a Saturday delivery service will be dispatched on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday morning.
What courier company do you use? Your order will be dispatched to you by our preferred courier, DPD Local. DPD Local have a good reputation and a very high percentage of consignments are delivered the next working day. In busy periods however, your order may take 2 working days to arrive.
What time will my computer arrive? Your order will be dispatched on a next day delivery service and therefore it may come at any time between 9am - 6pm. (Unless you have chosen an AM or Pre 10:30 Delivery)If you have provided us with a mobile contact number then DPD Local will give you a one hour delivery slot so you won’t have to wait in all day.
What happens if I miss the delivery courier? Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order DPD will leave you a card with a telephone number for you to arrange a re-delivery of your order.
Can I get a fast track service? You can add a fast track service to your order to have your order dispatched within 1 or 3 working days**
What are your office opening times? Monday to Friday (not inc Bank Holidays) Opening hours: 09:00– 17:30
How can I get my tracking information You can track your order on our website from Purchasing to Shipping , once the order has been shipped this will also be updated with a tracking number and a link to the couriers website
