We are currently beta testing our revised website.
If you wish to take part please have a look around on http://uk2009.cpdl.cyberpowerpc.com - our new site and post any problems you come across in this thread.
You may get a security/certificate warning when you first log in as it expects the site to be in a different location.
New site should be going live on the 25th.
Thanks in advance.
Luke

Looks nice - using it now.
No problems found as yet, but I have comments about the top-level menus (can you tell I do this kind of thing for a living?):
- I like how they remain visible now - nice change
- The red-colour sub-menu bar that appears when you hover over a menu option is garish and is hard to read the black text against (has it been tested for readability by colour-blind people?).
- Also on this sub-menu ... while the site is loading it appears in dark blue with black text, which is even harder to read. I have a fast connection at work but this still lasts for a good few seconds. On a slower connection this would be worse.
- The horizontal layout of the sub-menu is not as easy to use as the old vertical menu, i.e. I need to move the mouse a lot further to select Core i7 X58 and it's easy to move the mouse too high or low on the way, accidentally selecting another top-level menu option or losing the sub-menu completely. Plus if you want to add another category under 'Intel Desktop' for example, the menu would then be too wide for the site
- The list of machines that appear when you select a sub-menu is too wide, going waaaay off the edge of the screen for categories with more than four options. If I want to scroll right it's too easy for my mouse to overshoot the scroll bar and the whole menu disappears back up into the top of the screen. Again the vertical format was easier to use.
- The site is very difficult to navigate without a mouse. So is the old one, but ...
Dave
PS - all testing done in Chrome in case it makes a difference

There are a lot of product images missing in the configurators - e.g. the Asus P6X58D Premium, ATI cards, Asus Xonar DS 24, various monitors ...

Only problem i found was that when selecting systems off the menu at the top of the screen, the sub-menu went off the screen. Also a slightly pause when loading an individual system. That's probably just my computer though. :)
(firefox)
Looks great though, really really like the new system configurator.

On all of the forum pages the contact information at the bottom of the site (name, address, email addresses, phone numbers) are for CyberPower US.
The rest of the site seems OK.
