How would I go about getting my drive replaced?

I purchased a system back in September 2011 and this week one of the drives failed. Windows 7 reports that I need to backup the data immediately as drive failure is imminent. I've managed to recover most of the data but some was lost due to bad sectors and not able to read them.

The drive is a Hitachi 2TB SATA3 64MB 6GBS Deskstar 7K3000 (HD-1125338-0101)
