I'd suggest a 128GB SSD for the primary drive if you can but otherwise it's pretty good. i7 for games is usually overkill but some MMORPGs are very CPU intensive and the 670 can handle just about everything on max settings anyway (especially if overclocked) so it's not a biggie, could get enough for the SSD there though. Maybe use an external USB wireless solution instead of internal though. I'm also not sure you got some blu ray software for that drive unless you have some yourself.

Overpowered for MMO's - but it'll have a lot of upgrade / lasting potential.

7870GHz Edition or a heavily OC'd 7850 for your graphics (overclocked) would save you cash to go on the SSD, but it's minor difference all being told (7850's OC very nicely though ) - but I disagree with the USB wireless choice as they add extra latency and driver headaches.

The 7850 is a capable card but the GTX 670 is faster and while it maybe overkill for current cards it will still be capable of playing future games when the 7850 begins to struggle.

Whilst it is faster with a good overclock there's not a lot in it and it saves you cash

Up to you in the end though depends on price difference, they;re both excellent choices.

Yeah, go with the 7850 or 7870 and spend the savings over the GTX 670 on a Crucial M4 256GB SSD for your main drive and games.

The GTX 670 is an awesome card, but remember laptop and desktop cooling massively different.
