PM is not an official support route - it's full because people keep trying to jump the queue by PMing and if it continues to happen PMs will be disabled completely - please read the forum rules
If you post your question here then Luke will probably see it before Monday if he's about or some other enterprising forum user may be able to answer. Otherwise the official support route is to call tech support on their phone number - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Dave |
