Hi looking to buy a new rig from cyber power after doing a little research have come up with a rig i like the look of but just wondering about this tech.

When building my rig using this site you have the option of adding a solid state disk to make use of this feature so just wondering if i were to select this would i need to do anything at home or would you guys get this up and running when you installed my os ( will be getting windows 7 64bit)

sorry for the nooby question its just this is a big investment for me and would rather get it right when having it built heh, also any advice on the setup i am thing of choosing would be helpful

So long as you set it in the "intel smart response for Z68/Z77" section they do it for you, have it myself and its really good for loading maps and stuff that you use alot! Also have you considered The GTX 670 over the 7870? (if you can afford the extra £40) 1600mhz RAM could give your system a speed boost along with the samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD over the SATA III one. Otherwise Nice build hope its getting overclocked!

Drop the sound card - it's a relic now and motherboard sound will be at least as good.

Very good card, D2X is getting toward silly money and more for true Audiophiles. DX hits the price/performance nicely.
