I've been running the PC I'm typing this on with a 50% OC for a few years, it's due for an upgrade so the OC hasn't shortened it's life span below it's functional lifespan.

my humble opinion...

drop cpu to 3570k saving -£53

drop to windows 7 home premium saving-£28

get NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 instead of AMD Radeon HD 7870 for +£28

Razer Imperator 2012 Expert Edition 6400 DPI Laser Gaming Mouse +£54

result = an xtra 34 FPS on battlefield 3, and a good kill death ratio with a proper gaming mouse =D

I'd say that looks bang on the money and is exactly what I'd have recommended in the first place but I'm not suppose to interfere in threads that Sales has posted in
