Following on from the success of the GTX 680 and 690 NVIDIA is expanding the 600 series with the GTX 670. Battlefield 3 performance: 
Looks bang on target, a touch faster than the 7970 for similar money and in SLi it's not to far off the awesome GTX690. |

I've read a ton of reviews and "GPU comparison" articles and, if you want a really decent card this seems to be the sweet spot in terms of price and performance right now.

Agreed, between this and the 7800s is where the smart money gets spent.
