Not really happy that my pc has broke within 3 months of having it, you don't really expect that with spending so much money on one.
And to top it off, i have to pay £40 +vat for collection! I have not been offered any compensation for the time i'm without a pc. Not happy.

We try to sort everyone out over the phone to minimise down time and the risks and costs of shipping your PC back. Sometimes this isn't possible due to the nature of the problem or user confidence.
Unfortunately many small, user solvable problems that could be solved with a little Googling, via our forums with a bit of patience result in PC returns where there is essentially no fault. Sorry for your down time, next time consider posting here for advice before you get to the point that a return is needed. |

Ahh thats a bummer...
Atleast your not without a pc/laptop/tablet because you can post on the forums. But sadly stuff happens thats out of our control... no need to be angry just roll with it and your pc will be back with you in no time! |

Reading these post is a real off put, my computer is on the way here and think about canseling the order as so many people have issue with these computers.
And the worst part is they only give you 1 months collect warrenty and i really dont want to spend more money on getting a working computer after pay so much to get it in the first place . Hope you got it sorted tho, might cheer some people up to know its all good now, as i am dreading getting this computer as if it dosent work i am completelty screwed. Good luck |

I wouldn't cancel your PC based on the forum. Im sure for every 1 person who isn't as happy as they could be, there are 9 who are happily using their PC without issues, therefore no need to write about it on a forum. With custom PC's (well any electrical device really) there's always going to be issues at some point down the line, but tech support is there and are pretty helpful.

If you look at any other custom PC site you'll find that 90% of them only offer 30 days, sometimes they still only offer 30 days even with their best warrenty it jsut extends the parts (which is silly anyways as parts can be hard to come by when out of date) If CyberPower were as bad as this chap suggests every time or the majority of the time then they simply wouldnt be in business. This is one bad forum post in the sea of thousands of good ones, just look in the build and compatibility or pictures section as most people leave their reviews on their own posts. @Calumcj: don't worry our return rate is very low and our DOA rate even lower. You have a forum account so you're half way to getting any problem you may have in future sorted quickly any way.

Thanks for the reasurance, but as far as teh ratings on the website go they are all good like they would be on everyweb site, no one would put the bad ratings in easy to find places.
Also the issue i have is that the adress to send it to if it goes wrong is a very long way, so i could cost me alot to send it and there is no chance i can drive it up there. But im looking forward to getting it :) if everything goes well i will be very happy ^^ just a matter of waiting for it to get here as its been on accounting for 6 days :P Thanks |
