Iv been calling for well over a week now never once had any one answer left multiple messages. getting really annoyed since they have a large amount of my money and cant even call me back. wont be using them again if they carry on like this.

I paid for the order on the 2nd of jan and am simply trying to call to arrange a delivery time becuase im not at home alot.

feeling really let down

Another bad point .. i really wanted to discuss what i was ordering before i paid for it but couldnt becuase nobody ever answers the phone

Getting someone on the phone can be a bit hit-and-miss. I had a similar issue between Christmas and New Year getting a real person (other than someone taking my details for someone to call me back - no return calls). Emails weren't being answered either.

I did eventually get a sales person (Alan) who was very polite and knowledgeable, and I'm happy with the transaction (so far!) once I managed to get someone. But getting to speak to someone was a challenge.

It was like this yesterday too when I called to check up on my order - got the answerphone all the time. I resorted to sending an email and this was answered today - including a follow-up question I asked.

So as I said - a bit hit-and-miss. On the plus side, at least the people manning the phones/emails appear competent. IMHO it is worse if you get a prompt answer (whether phone or email) that is merely scripted and doesn't answer your question. (Yes. I'm talking about you BT and TalkTalk).

That's weird. I've made a few follow up calls this week to a PC I ordered on 30th December and have had no issues at all.
Cyberpower have been great!

No problems here. Infact, i was called due to a case issue, and when I called back he was at lunch. What do ya know, 45 min later i recieved a phone call from them.

Never had a problem speaking to a real person. I find the live chat on the website to be a bit on and off. but just a quick phone call and they are always there
