Hey, I recently bought a new PC from here and decided to sign up to the forums :)
I felt like while I was here though I could ask a question (it might sound nooby but still). Well, in the order status for your PC, what do each of the phases mean? My order has been on the warehouse stage for 8 days now >.< I was just wondering if that means the parts are there or if they're still to arrive? Thanks! |

Hi there,
If the order is in the warehouse it's waiting for parts. If it's passed the warehouse its on to assembly. The order tracker is not the most reliable tool though so it may not have been updated for a day or two Dave |
