It was a reasonably good read, but I found their whole testing strategy flawed ... if a case didn't come with an exhaust fan they wouldn't install one and state it failed it's test - what self respecting PC builder, having just shelled out on an Intel Extreme chip and GTX280 is not going to install a few fans?

Yeah I think that was a bit flawed as well, since you can fit loads of extra fans in the cases they tested. I mean, the Antec 1200 and Spedo come fully loaded making it a bit skewed. Liked the idea though, the Thermal pictures gave a good insight into air flow and why it's important in high-end systems that I think a lot of people would think twice before neglecting it in their own builds.
Interested read. We're actually going to start stocking the Spedo now as well as we fit water-cooling in it... Mike Mike |

Yeah, they don't publish everything on the web - no one would buy the mag :-)
