No, there's no blue-screen info given.As suggested in tech support e-mail, I've used GPU-Z and monitored the temp after 10 minutes playing a game (Hitman:Blood Money) and got a temp of 66 on GPU1 Fanspeed 45%/2100 rpm and 52on GPU2 Fanspeed 40% 1590rpm. Would that be too high? Especially on the first one, considering that it was only 10 minutes of play, for it to spike that much is a little concerning. There's appoximately 5-6cm of space between the top of the tower and the desk, which definitely sounds too little.

This happened again a little earlier, is there anything I can do to keep the system temperature down? Hi Mike, I tried what you said. When running the stress test program the core-temp showed temperatures of 70-80 degrees after a while, at this point the system bleeped three times and crashed, just as it has done occasionally during gameplay. I shall try and move the tower to somewhere where it is better ventilated, and see if this helps any. Furthermore, is it possible that I need to replenish the water in the cooling system? Or perhaps that the radiator/reservoir was never filled at all, in order to avoid spilling during shipping. If either of these is the case, I would appreciate any instructions and advice on how to fill the cooling system, as it is something that I am not familiar or experienced with as of yet.

Can you download CoreTemp please and Run Prime95's Large FFT Torture test and post screenshots of the temperatures please after 20 minutes (or just the temps per core) , or whether it causes a crash?

Now, onto the problem. When I'm playing games, the whole system will lock up, often resulting in a black-screen and message from the monitor that no signal is being received. Additionally, It takes a few attempts to boot it back up again when this occurs. I've also noticed that when this occurs the unit tends to get very hot. Am I perhaps not using the watercooling system properly and the system is overheating due to the high performance specs? Any pointers on this would be greatly appreciated, especially any from Cyperpower itself.
