I'm impressed with your product choice, quality & sales service - excellent advice from Alan regarding changing the system spec's to better suit my needs - delivery was good - it arrived early. The only niggle is when I initially spec'd pc it was bundled with Win7 home premium 64 bit (the lowest cost software operating system option in the list), but when I went back to order the next day I didn't notice but the new lowest choice of operating software had changed to Vista home premium 64 bit for a few pounds less. - I know I should have spotted this on the confirmation which clearly states Vista but didn't expect Vista as an option after checking the options carefully the day before. I called sales when the pc was delivered thinking the wrong software had been sent until I re-checked my acknowledgement. I was told that some copies of vista had been found tucked away in the warehouse - hence there late inclusion on the site - I was told cost of upgrading to win7 would be ~£45. This was more than the price when I originally spec'd the machine (I think the difference was ~£15), hence my disappointment. I'm waiting to see how the machine performs over the next few weeks before recommending to friends & writing some recommendations on-line, but so far (with one slight exception) these would be very positive.

Overall, very impressed. There were one or two minor points but if these are the only issues then I have little to complain about. for example - the machine was set up with the user as 174153 and components and QC marks inside the tower all bear the same number - rather than the actual order 175153. There was an initial worry with the very first switch-on (black screen telling me no hard drive was connected. Having turned off and back on again all was fine and it has not happened since. Plus I was concerned I had wasted money with the second graphics card but after inspection and a rummage through the supplied components I spotted the crossfire interconnect bridge - I was not sure why this could not have been done prior to shipment. Tech support was impressive (the power supply internal fan started to make a very loud grating noise) - although the solution offered was not followed the response to the email was very fast (the tower was turned off and laid on it side overnight. The following day it was righted and turned on - not a peep).

Good experience got what I asked for and pretty quickly, also the best part was that I had to call Tech support and got to speak to a real person straight away. Good Service, would recommend you guys to freinds.

I found the web site easy to use with good information on the different parts and sound advice from the buyers guide and forum. the delivery was fast and came on the day and time agreed and the packaging is very good. id buy from them again and happily recommend them to friends and family.

My son rang Tech Support and his query was answered straightaway. Delivery was excellent and the computer was delivered quicker than the riginal order indicated it would be. Excellent all round.

Good customer experience (again). The only slight negative was that some of the specs on the website do not match those in the machines sent out for review. Pointing this out to Sales brought agreement and a promise that the website was wrong and would be updated ASAP ... three weeks later and it still hasn't. This might put off potential customers. Fortunately, Sales are helpful and respond quickly to questions, even after they have the money.

All good, best mix of product choice and price (that you can trust). Only con was the wait - paid for the rush service - still took 2 weeks for my system to arrive - if you customize the system a lot ( which i'll admit i did) then don't expect your system to be despatched in 3 days. Overall i think Cyberpower is the right choice if you want to buy a custom PC online

Good options on site, some of the tool tips maybe need a bit more info and perhaps a links to buying guides in the product selection section. Will use again for next machine.
