found the sales to team to be especialy helpful when there was a problem with the case i ordered and it was not in stock the fact that i was phoned and an upgrade sorted out i found really helpful and appreciated greatly also found the girl who i spoke to manner over the phone very pleasent and friendly only think i did not like was the high price of shippng overall as this is my first time usingyourself i would be happy to buy from you agin in the future watever upgrades i may need on down the line

The level of service was second to none. Previously I have always built my own PC's, I saw the advert for a pre built machine from Cyberpower & it worked out cheaper than building my own so I gave it a try. The PC is amazing, excellent workmanship the cabling was very tidy & presentation was 10 out of 10. Thank you Cyber power I will definitely be using you again.

Very pleased so far with PC and with Cyberpower! Slight problem with system rectified immediately and painlessly via tech support. Far better service (so far!) and at a cheaper price than my last gaming system. Can I mention company names?! Probably not, but it started with "Alien" and ender with "ware" and Cyberpower have been much better so far! Time will tell, I suppose, but at this early juncture, very pleased overall.
