I am very pleased with the system that I purchased, and with the trouble-free process of ordering and delivery (the communication and delivery from DPD was very good). I dealt with Alan, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The system was built and delivered in very good time, and has been built to a very high standard.

Ordering from cyberpower was the easiest thing I’ve done this year. I Simply picked the components that I wanted from the website and waited for my computer to arrive. And I must say that I am very happy with the end result. You can see it in the build quality that the staff at cyberpower take pride in there work, and that’s a rare thing these days. DPD were a bit of a letdown on the delivery end (mis-sorted the parcel so it went to Dunstable instead of Swansea, delaying it by 3 days inc bank holiday) but the system has been great. I'd like to thank Alan for all his help and also Angela for sorting out the issue with the fan controller, I received the game codes last week

This is my third Cyberpower PC and yet again it was a positive shopping experience.

I ordered a custom AMD system which was delivered exactly 2 weeks after I ordered it. I rang the day they started building it to see if I could go for a better GPU which was no problem despite the computer being in production. The computer I received was very built, with extremely tidy wiring. Unfortunately the GPU was faulty but I rang and explained the problems and they told me to send it back and they would send another which I received promptly. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and value of the product (ordering the parts individually on amazon cost almost the same) and would definitely recommend Cyberpower.

My previous PC was a Cyberpower machine as well and since it served me excellently over the years I was happy to be a returning customer. Overall it was another very smooth experience and I'm very happy with my new system. My only minor niggle would be that there were some issues with the delivery, as the website first gave me a wrong estimated delivery date because it didn't take a long weekend into account (as I found out later), and then the courier decided to split the delivery into two parts and deliver them on two different days for no apparent reason (as it was obvious from the tags that Cyberpower had sent them out at the same time). It was all forgotten though once my shiny new machine was all set up and working perfectly. I can only recommend buying here and will definitely be back again myself.

Third computer I have purchased off Cyberpower, and I do spend a lot of time shopping around, benchmarking. Overall they are not the lowest cost, but are local to me and therefore I can offset delivery cost in discount. Plus and their support is excellent when I have had some issues in the past. There is no reason why I would not buy another PC from them or recommend to friends etc.
